Wilderness Beehive project
Our 5th community project.
We placed 100 beehives with the local community in Wilderness South Africa.
The local community was trained in maintaining the beehives and how to harvest the honey when it was ready. They were also educated about the benefits of Bees for themselves and the environment.
The local community will benefit from the project by keeping 50% of the harvest to wither use or on sell. The environment in Wilderness will also blossom due to the extra bees in the area. We are so proud of everyone involved.
