  Empowering questions are always key. Being completely present with your client so that you GET them, you will have the right question and they will get to see things they haven’t seen before.

    Agreed Jade. It is always important to see the client as resourceful, and our role as coaches to be a mirror in which they can see themselves more clearly

  For me its about unlocking that human potential, that in turn transforms organizations. AI, Software, the 4th industrial revolution can never compete with human belief, resourcefulness and creativity. Thanks for sharing @lynne

    Thanks Marco, I couldn’t agree more. The current obsession with automating everything is losing sight of the fact that we as humans are gregarious and need contact with other humans.
