Established in 1999, Goldfish Consulting specializes in unleashing energy through customized offerings in, Leadership, Performance and Change. Operating out of Cape Town and Johannesburg, the team is led by Lynne Derman (Ph.D), who combines her many years experience in the world of work, with her academic background.
At Goldfish Consulting we believe in developing and utilizing South African products that meet the needs of our multi-faceted workforce. Our products are unique in that they have been developed and validated in South Africa.
Flowing from our own experience we are able to understand the challenges that South African business faces today; from skills shortages, low productivity, de-valuation of our currency, changes in legislation, increased competition and a shrinking economy. Within this context, we have dedicated our resources to finding the tools that can help us partner with our clients to successfully meet these challenges.
Lynne Derman is the innovative and creative founding member of Goldfish Consulting.Her Ph.D in Leadership, Performance and Change, was conferred on her in 2008 by the University of Johannesburg. The topic of her thesis is “Organisational Energy and Individual Wellbeing”.
