Why I do what I do?
I have a passion for crafting experiences that bring meaningful change to organizations and the lives they touch. If I help just one Business Owner, I can impact the lives of everyone employed there.

How do I do that?
I work with Business Owners, CEO's, Directors and their Management Teams who share my values of

Many Business Owners are fighting a lonely battle to manage their time, people and profit lines. They are unclear on the direction to take their business, what plans and goals will get them there and how to create a legacy for the next generation.

For over two decades, consulting in the Training & Development field I spent my time working with Executives to unpack the Systems, Processes and Skills Gaps that would improve their operations and comply with legislation.

My experience in HR Management and OD & Change practices taught me how Lead and Manage teams to get the best, purpose driven results.

I apply the principles of OD and Change practices to craft impactful changes in business practices and culture for sustainable results.

I am proud that I achieved ICF Accreditation, STRATPRO Certification and Post Graduate degrees. With them I have honed, and continue to sharpen my expertise in working with Forward Thinking Leaders to improve their businesses in ways that change their lives.
