Dear WeBuzz Members,

We would like to inform our thriving members of an essential step to ensure the smooth processing of pay-outs to you, when using our WeBuzz event functionality. To receive your funds promptly, we kindly request all members who will be using the events module of the website to complete the attached bank form.


  1. Download the Bank Agreement: Click here to download the bank agreement.
  2. Complete the Agreement: Fill in all the required fields accurately. Ensure that the information matches your PayFast Merchant ID or banking details to avoid any delays.
  3. Submit the Agreement: Once completed, please submit the agreement via email to [email protected]. Late submissions may result in delayed payouts to your PayFast account or other bank accounts for  PayFast users.
  4. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your form has been processed successfully. If there are any issues, our support team will reach out to you promptly.
  5. Once off process: You only need to complete and submit the agreement once. All future events will use your preferences automatically.

Important Notes:

  • Only members that intend selling event tickets need to fill out this agreement.
  • Ensure that all information provided is accurate to avoid any complications with your payout.
