Mental health care and awareness is a rising trend, now more than ever before. The speaker panel will offer practical tools to help identify and navigate a healthier, more sustainable and managed lifestyle.
Meet the panellists:
In 2019 Liz was diagnosed with Stage 4b cancer. She started her journey of recovery with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and shortly after The Oxygen Studio came about.
Mems aims at collaborating with others in creating sustainable employment opportunities in rural communities through bees as a catalyst.
Yoonus studied Pharmacy and has been actively involved in bringing about alternative food & medical solutions the past 30 years.
Claudia’s passion lies in people. She dedicates most of her free time volunteering to counsel victims of trauma as a result of crimes, home invasions, hijacking, rape and suicide.
Cassandra assists people in achieving their full potential both financially and personally, while spending her spare time working with the Victim Support Unit.
